How did the Pied Piper idea begin for me?

Warren, a genealogist, loved to travel and had a large group of friends that were passionate about researching their family history. He came to me and asked for help planning a trip to England for the purpose of genealogy research and a little culture.

The first trip was so successful; he made it an annual event. Eventually Warren and 80 of his friends made the trip to England. Each day they would go their separate ways, some to research, and others to shop or explore the museums. Each day at high tea, Warren would hold court in the pub of their hotel.

Fellow travelers would gather for a drink and to share their stories of the day. Then those that wanted would sup together and perhaps take in a play.

This wonderful method of group travel created a sense of belonging, a community, a travel family. Solo travelers felt comfortable knowing they could go where they wished during the day, but looked forward to dinner with friends in the evening.

Warren was my first Pied Piper. We worked well together. His friends trusted that Warren would handle the trip and Warren trusted me for all the details.

And Pied Piper Travel began.

I have worked as a Travel Agent for over 35 years. There have been many changes in this field over the years but I have found my niche in the customized personal service that I provide to my customers. In most cases, I have either been to the place they are going or have had satisfied clients whom I have sent there.

I specialize in group and family travel customized to my clients' needs. I especially love planning Honeymoons and look at them as the launching pad for a wonderful marriage.

I hold a Masters Degree from the College of Disney Knowledge and love planning family trips to both Disney World and Disneyland.
